Why me?
I am an ideal piano teacher for children to develop lifelong passion, or for adults aspiring to play that special piece or repertoire for friends and family. Learning piano should be enjoyable, fulfilling and rewarding. My non-traditional, fun and relaxed style ensures students are motivated and engaged during the learning process. I have a huge collection of music to find the right pieces to inspire students to reach their goals. I build confidence and lay solid foundations to enhance future development.
Highly Experienced
In two decades of teaching, I have facilitated many students to achieve qualifications, including certificates with the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music, London, England. Although I am British, I employ teaching techniques primarily based on American methods and music.
Classically Trained to a High Level
Decade of training with concert pianists. High-level performance technique Master Classes and directed study. Twenty years teaching from age 6 up, including special needs. ABRSM Performance & Practical Certificate with Merit.
